Payment Terms

4. Deposit
Clients are required to submit a minimum deposit of 25% of the total project cost to secure the job. This percentage may be modified for special orders, projects exceeding $6,000, or other extenuating circumstances. Deposits for special orders are non-refundable once the product has been ordered.

5. Scheduling
A credit card will be required to schedule the job regardless of agreed upon payment preference. The remaining balance must be paid in full upon installation. If payment by check or cash is not received upon completion, the credit card on file will be charged the outstanding balance, plus a 2% convenience fee.

We reserve the right to add late fees to any account that is past due. We reserve the right to send any past due accounts to a collection agency to obtain payment.
